❓Will my store get banned by Shopify?
No. We've been activating stores since 2023 with zero issues so far. Shopify monitors stores individually, not by who owns them. This means if one store violates Shopify’s terms, it won’t affect other stores owned by the same company. That said, every store is still monitored, so it's important that you follow Shopify’s rules and avoid selling prohibited items.
❓Will my payouts be delayed?
No. In our experience, Shopify payouts take 2–3 working days after each sale. The money is sent directly to the bank account or payout method you provide, such as Wise or Payoneer.
❓Will Shopify ask me for more documents?
No. Since we use genuine UK-registered company details and legal documents, Shopify does not raise any suspicions or require additional documents. In our experience, once Shopify Payments is activated, they already have what they need and no extra verification is requested.
❓Am I responsible for paying UK tax?
No, you’re not. The stores are owned under RYTMAN EAST STARS LTD or RYTMAN TEC LTD, both legally registered UK businesses. As the store owner, we handle the tax responsibility on our end. According to UK law, small businesses under the £85,000 annual threshold are not required to charge VAT, and we remain compliant with all local regulations.

The money from your store goes directly to the payout method you choose. We never touch or hold your profits. You get paid directly—without restrictions.
❓Do you stay logged in to my store?
No. Once your store is set up and Shopify Payments is activated, we do not stay logged in or interfere with your store's daily operations. You’ll have full admin access and full control. We only step in if you request support or if Shopify needs a business-related update tied to our company. Otherwise, your store is entirely yours to run.
❓What happens if Shopify asks for more documents?
In our experience, this rarely happens—because we use genuine UK business documents and set everything up legally. However, if Shopify ever asks for additional documents, we will handle it on your behalf as the registered business owner.
